Our Policies & Services
Bartender
Bartender services are available for all events that contain liquor. We will ask for ID during an event if we feel the guest looks underage. We do not serve liquor to minors. Our Bartender is Certified. There is an additional fee for this service. Bartending services are for the duration of the event.
The client buys their own liquor we serve it. You are responsible for providing cups for the event. The client provides soda, water, and beverages. Recommend 6oz cups for wine, 8oz cups for soda, and 16 oz cups for beer. NO SHOT ALLOWED.
Event Insurance
Event insurance is a requirement for all events. This is peace of mind for you and the venue, in the event someone fell and got hurt and they wanted to sue either one of us it protects us both. This will be purchased from Eventhelper.com you provide our information, date of your event, and select if you are having liquor at your event. If you are not having liquor at your event it may cost less. We have no control over their pricing.
A Wonderful Upgrade to a Round Backdrop or A Square Backdrop
Most packages come with a standard backdrop. If you want that Wow! factor you might want to add one of these beautiful backdrops to your package. There is an additional fee for the round or square backdrop.
Menu cards & Flowers
Here is a thought, you can add a Menu card to your package and your guest can see what's for dinner, dessert, and beverages while at their seat. A little extra touch to your event. Additional fee for this service. We have a nice selection of florists that we work with if this is something you are considering for your wedding or event. An additional fee will apply for natural flowers, the cost may vary according to the season and availability of the flowers.
Venue Booking FEE
A $500.00 - $2000.00 retainer is required to secure your date. Our all-inclusive packages require a larger retainer. This is applied to your balance.
Capacity
Our packages start at 64 guests. Our max capacity is 80 due to keeping our clients safe we like our guests to feel comfortable and have plenty of space to dance.
Catering & Cake
Our Catering services include appetizers, main course (1 meat and 2 Side) Lemonade, and Ice Tea is included, we also provide ice. Schafer Dishes, sternos, and servers. Our staff serves the appetizers. We serve the entrees buffet style. We call the tables by number. We also bus the tables so your guest does not have to lift a finger. Impeccable service for our clients. Our catering package also includes disposable plates and utensils and napkins.
The Cake: We work with different bakers, we can assist with cake tasting and picking a design for your cake. During your event, we cut the cake and serve it to your guest. This is part of our services so no additional fee for this service. Any leftover food or cake we pack up and you take everything home.
